At the foot of the slopes : points of sale at Dappes, Jouvencelles, Balancier and Serra.
At the Tourist Offices : Les Rousses, Bois d’Amont, Lamoura and Prémanon (Espace des Mondes Polaires museum).

HANDY TIP

4-hour pass, day pass, multi-day pass or Family Pass: compare the different options to choose the one that best suits your day out and your budget. Once on the slopes, keep your pass and its receipt in a designated pocket: they contain useful information, including the emergency number.

GOOD DEALS

  • Mini price, maxi ski during the low season (from March 9 to 22, 2026): 20% off on multi-day “All Massifs” passes (from 2 days) excluding the “First experience Pass.” Only on the website.
  • Student : 10% off on presentation of a student card.
  • Tribu Pass for “Jura sur Léman” : -10% off “holiday” pass for all mountains (from 6 days onwards), for 4 people or more paying, and minimum one adult and one child under the age of 16. One single payment. Cannot be used in conjunction with other deals.

Pedestrians : good shoes and poles are recommended. Access to the summits only, there is no marked snowshoe route from the summits.

INSURANCE COVER

ASSUR’NEIGE insurance policy covers: search and rescue cost in the ski area, medical expenses for any urgent care required at the resort, repatriation and refund of ski lift passes. The “season” insurance also covers lost or stolen passes (bought more than 3 days prior). Guarantees apply depending on the duration of the pass.

Handy Tip : The 3 steps of a good Samaritan

Make sure you have insurance covering rescue costs in both France and Switzerland; rescue operations are charged for, and costs are often higher in Switzerland.

Throughout the day, remember to take regular breaks and stay well hydrated so you can enjoy your day out to the full with complete peace of mind.
