Tips & advice

The diversity of the pistes in Jura sur Léman allows you to find the slopes best suited to your progress. Choose first the “First Slide” areas identified in yellow on the piste map, they show you the gentle lifts and the easiest runs to give you confidence. Please note that these areas are accessible with the first slide pass which is offered for different durations (2 hrs, 4 hrs and day) to meet your needs at the best price !

If you don’t have any equipment, don’t worry, you’ll find sports shops at every entrance to the ski area, where you can rent or buy equipment.

To get off to a good start, we advise you to call on the area’s ski schools, these professionals will be able to give you the best advice to help you progress quickly and safely.

Feeling hungry or want to take a break ? Bars and restaurants are there to make your first skiing experiences unforgettable and convivial memories !

If you are looking for wide open spaces, intense skiing and diversity of practice, Jura sur Léman is made for you !

Skiers, carvers and snowboarders will find a ski area that meets their expectations. From the summit of the Dôle with its incredible view to Les Tuffes natural snowpark, the snow belongs to you. Sensational black pistes, red for committed sportsmen or blue for carving, enjoy !

You will reach our summits as quickly as possible with the new chairlifts now on our main mountains. Your spirit of discovery will be fulfilled with the options now available to you with the “Tous Massifs” (All Mountains) pass. It gives you access to the slopes of Dôle, Tuffes, Noirmont and Serra.

And to expand your ski area even further, if you have chosen a 6-day all-area pass for your stay, take advantage of a day of discovery in the Métabief and Monts Jura ski areas.

If you have a Jura Sur Léman season pass, the areas of St Cergue, Vallée de Joux and Montgenèvre are open to you for a day of discovery.

Everything has been thought of in Jura sur Leman to make it easy for you to get there, to make it practical and to offer you the services you need for a successful family day.

If you come by car, free parking is available at the various access gates to the area. On site you will find sports shops, ski schools, bar, restaurants, toilets and sales and information points.

It is also possible to use alternative means of transport such as skibus shuttles and snow buses that will drop you off as close as possible to the practice sites. On the Swiss side, why not take advantage of the Rail Ski Pass combined ticket which will take you to La Cure, departure point for skibus shuttles.

The diversity of the slopes in the area means all family members will be satisfied whatever their level. Depending on the level or duration of practice, the passes on offer meet your needs with the best price offer, in addition to a 6-day package for families called “Pass Ribambelle”. Consult us so that we can look together at the best offer for you.

Another piece of advice, if not everyone practises Alpine (downhill) skiing, go to the gates of La Serra, La Darbella or Les Dappes, which offer alternative Nordic activities such as snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

It is also possible for pedestrians to enjoy the exceptional views over Mont Blanc from Dôle and the Lake Geneva basin or the view from the top of the Tuffes peaks over the Les Rousses resort with a pedestrian return trip.

Numerous bars and restaurants are also available to enjoy the sunshine and entertainment in the centre of the resort.

Finally, the Darbella, Serra and soon the Dappes indoor picnic areas, accessible free of charge with your ski pass, will allow you to comfortably share a meal from your bag.

If you are a recreational skier who prefers a change of scenery and a chance to refresh, follow us, we have thought of you !

Depending on your arrival time, choose the day pass that financially best suits your skiing : 4 hrs or day pass !

It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, all these durations are now understood to mean unrestricted access, since the Dôle-Tuffes mountain pass includes the Swiss Dôle area.

If you are present for several days, our “Pass tous massifs” pass gives you the opportunity to ski in the whole area, when you decide, according to current conditions.

You will find on all of our mountain entrance gates the services that will make your skiing easier : sports shops, ski schools, bar, restaurants, toilets and sales and information points.
