For your 4 hour and day passes: you can buy it in advance and use it whenever you want.
For your 2-day and more passes: you can buy it in advance by specifying your skiing dates.

Ski lifts in Switzerland: The mask must be worn from the age of 11 in the queue and on the chairlifts.
Ski lifts in France: The mask from 6 years old as well as the vaccination pass from 16 years old (& health pass from 12 to 15 years old) are required to access the ski lifts.
